The Poggio Estate extends over about 40 hectares surface, on the sweet slopes of the Pisan hills leaning on the Tyrrhenian coast.
The vineyard is cultivated through organic methods, according to the natural agriculture’s philosophy and it embodies a major landmark for several research projects aiming at saving and integrating the human being-plant-animal balance.
A villa dating back to the nineteenth century is located in the estate’s centre on a hill (the “poggio”) and it’s provided with some farmhouses which make up the farm and hospitality core, where guests can spend holidays surrounded by one of the most important vineyards of  Chianti.
The house is made up of three buildings: the main villa and two guest houses. The flats have been built according to the Tuscan style but they have been furnished under the supervision of the best designers, who have chosen exclusive furniture, taking care of details, and creating harmony between colours and fabrics.
Spending holidays in Poggio Estate means being guests of a family who has put their magnificent manor house and a swimming pool (16mx8m), set in a 40 hectares vineyard, at your disposal.

It’s guest is the one searching for an alternative holiday made of privacy, calmness, nature and wellness; not in ordinary hotel facilities but inside an elegant house amongst scented vineyards.On February at  Poggio Estate it’s possible for the guest to participate to “The Capture” of the hares, or to participate to the Harvest together with our workers (Sept. – Oct.), or to guided wine tour on the Poggio Estates (all the year).

VILLETTA
Villetta is one of the 2 detached houses of Poggio Estate. It has been restored  meticulously to a very high standard.
The interiors are elegantly furnished with some Occitan and some traditional Tuscan pieces. They are  scrupulously maintained and thought-out to the smallest detail from the towels to the tablecloths and cutlery. The  matching colours, the preciousness of the furniture and the clothing, make feel  in harmony with the  atmosphere.
The house consists of  2 floors. The entrance leads directly to the drawing room with a magnificent fireplace. The kitchen-dining room can comfortably guest 6 people. From  here you have access to a large private loggia, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the vineyards.
Back to the entrance: on your left you will find a lovely bedroom with bunk-bed. A beautiful cotto stairs  lead  to the bathroom with shower and  to the double bedroom boasting an atmosphere of charm and intimacy.
